We understand that you may have some questions about our tours and we are here to help you. In this section, we will answer some of the most common questions that we receive from our visitors.

  • Can I try a tour before buying it?

    Yes, of course! You can click on "Try Tour" in any of our audio tours and enjoy a sample of our tours free of charge. 


    Not all tracks are available:

    Kindly remember to buy the tour to unlock all points of interest for the city you are visiting.


    I'm having issues with the sound:

    To resolve this issue, please ensure that your device volume is turned up; do not disturb or silence feature is turned off, and use headphones for a better experience.


    I prefer reading the tour instead of listening to it:

    After purchasing the tour, you can click on "Read" and read the script on your device.

  • I'm having issues finding the points of interest mentioned in the audio tour:

    Click on "Map" and you will be able to find your place on the map and walk to your desired point of interest. PLease remember to set yo your location to “always” when enjoying your tour.
